Heimish's Marine Care Deep Moisture Melting Face Cream has one of the most unique post-application textures we've seen! Part-occlusive and part-moisturizer, the texture is like a dense cold cream that has a cooling, watery effect on contact with the skin. After it's rubbed in, it becomes almost balm-like, sealing all the ingredients in. While the formula holds up on its own with ingredients like fermented seaweed extract, peptides and plant stem cells, we'd recommend pairing this with a layered skincare routine (i.e. toner, essence and serum) on dry to very dry skin for incredible results.
