Heimish's Marine Care Eye Cream is luxurious under-eye moisturizer that reminds us a little of La Mer. Formulated with fermented seaweed extract, peptides and plant stem cells, it deeply hydrates and blurs fine lines. The texture is thick and silky, and absorbs fairly quickly. We've noticed it's pretty good at soothing puffiness - you can use the little applicator to gently massage the eye area and boost circulation.

HOW DO I USE IT?
After cleansing and toning, apply a moderate amount on the eye area before applying face cream. Gently tap for better absorption. Massage the eye area or the entire face with the enclosed spatula.
