WHO NEEDS THIS?
Great for all skin types, especially skin on the drier side. It's also wonderful for mild rosacea, thanks to the niacinamide.
HOW DO I USE IT?
Apply on slightly damp skin after cleansing, toning and any serums.
Precautions:
